RATES & CANCELLATION Rates Low Season (15 April - 15 Nov) High Season (16 Nov - 14 April) Daily: US$ 100 US$ 125 Weekly: US$ 680 US$ 825 Monthly: US$ 2,505 US$ 3,195 Notes: 5-days minimum stay Longer stays and rates are negotiable. During the Ironman event (Oct 1 to 16, 2007) and the Kona Billfish Tournament rates are 125 US$/day with a minimum stay of 7 days. 4.17% Hawaii Excise and 7.25% Accommodations taxes are added to the daily rates. An out cleaning fee of US$ 90 is applied for all stays. US$ 200 refundable damage deposit for all stays. Cancellation refunds (from full reservation amount): 100 % Refund within 60 days (Low Season), 90 days (High Season & Ironman) of arrival date minus a US$ 100 cancellation fee. 50% Refund within 45 days (Low Season), 60 days (High Season & Ironman) of arrival date unless unit is re-booked. No refunds within 30 days (Low Season, High Season & Ironman) unless unit is rebooked. No refunds for shortened stays. Cancellations must be in writing.
